He analyzed and prepared financial models for resort residential and hospitality development projects for equity partners such as MSD Capital (Michael Dell’s investment firm) and Senterra. In addition, he managed the finances for resort operations including a beach club, a fitness club, HOA and property management, triple–play telecommunication services, a vacation home rental program, and human resource services for 200+ employees.  During graduate school, Dave gained commercial real estate finance experience with Northmarq Capital in Dallas and worked at the Texas Real Estate Center.

Dave is a native Texan and a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Master of Real Estate degree and a BBA degree in finance. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Aggie Real Estate Network.
