Emily Zarcaro joined Q10 KDH in 2014. Since that time, she has assisted in underwriting and closing over $275 million in over 60 loans including retail, industrial, office, multifamily, hospitality and mixed-use properties. As an associate, Emily began cultivating relationships with borrowers and originating loans within a year of joining Q10 KDH. Emily was promoted to the position of Vice President in the summer of 2016.

Prior to joining the production team at Q10 KDH, Emily worked as an analyst for the Real Estate Research Corporation, a research, consulting and valuation firm. She has also interned with the Midway Companies for exposure to the developer/operator side of commercial real estate.

Emily is a native Houstonian and graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a BS in Corporate Communications. In May of 2014, she received her MBA from the University of Houston Bauer College of Business with a focus in commercial real estate. She is actively involved with the UH Graduate Real Estate Program, CREW, ULI, and CCIM. Emily was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute in October 2016.
