Vice President

Emily Zarcaro joined Q10 KDH in 2014. Since then, she has assisted in underwriting and closing over $500 million across 75 loans including retail, industrial, office, multifamily, hospitality, self -storage, and mixed-use properties. She was promoted to the position of Vice President in 2016 where she is responsible for originating debt and equity opportunities for KDH.

Emily is a native Houstonian and graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. She received her MBA from the University of Houston Bauer College of Business with a focus in commercial real estate. She is actively involved with the UH Graduate Real Estate Program, CREW, ULI, and CCIM. Emily was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation by the CCIM Institute in October 2016.

The subject property is a brand new 9,640 SF retail center that is 100% occupied by three tenants. The center is an outparcel to a power center anchored by Super Target, Sam’s Club, and Home Goods. Zarcaro and Franke arranged 10 year fixed rate financing for an out of state borrower.
